We would like to inform that ALE TAXI - as the only taxi drivers’ corporation in Lublin - has fully implemented the innovative system of payments and expenditure control ALE CARD. This allows efficiently managing cash-free transactions thanks to which the customers can limit the time spent on accounting the fares of ALE TAXI and if needed, they can have access to detailed statistics. ALE CARD was based on a revolutionary solution of the practical use of the TAXIpay system. Thanks to this - from every place in the World - it is very easy to manage the transfers of given employees. All you need to securely and quickly obtain detailed information about the intensity of travels, the costs etc. is an Internet connection. The reports and datasheets are available immediately and help to control your company’s expenditures thanks to which using the services of ALE TAXI will be even cheaper.
The ALE CARD systems allows inputting the employees details to the database freely, dividing them up into sections and units for which the administrator can set credit limits at his own discretion. The history and statistics are available 24/7 and their results can be exported to the popular format of MS Excel. ALE CARD also means one invoice taking into account all the courses.

In order to carry out the service we will require the following information:
- name and family name/name of the company and the mobile number* of the person ordering the service
- name and family name/name of the company and the mobile number* of the person using the service
- date and time of arrival/departure
- flight number and origin
- content which is to be placed on the collection card (in case of a company - name or logo)
- defining the type of the car, number of passengers, amount of luggage, any additional information
- form of payment
Available payment forms: cash paid to the driver / at the company’s office, bank transfer, card payment with the driver, payment using the ALE CARD**, payment using single voucher.

Safe taxi
Due to the fact that our drivers are of high personal culture and that our company guarantees their safe and responsible behaviour towards the youngest passengers, we are now presenting you with the new service: "Safe taxi".
The service is aimed at those of you who wish to trust us with the transport, collection and the safe journey of your children to- and from- school, after-school classes etc. Additionally, to emphasized the importance of the service we are offering, for realisation of this service we always engage one main + three reserve drivers, whose photos we will present you at the moment of signing the contract.
Information about the service:
- we offer the transport of children in pre-school and school age
- all information regarding who we transport and from where are strictly confidential for the sake of safety of the persons using the service
- the ordering person defines precisely the address and contact information of persons authorised to collect the children
- the prices for the services are set individually depending on the requirements of the ordering party (schedule of classes, times of collection, drop off address of the child)
ALE VIP Class
With the greatest pleasure we would like to propose you a service which is exclusive and one-of-a-kind in Lublin - service by the luxurious car fleet of ALE VIP Class.
Meeting the expectations of the most demanding customers who value their time and the highest quality of comfort, we present our exclusive taxis with elegant and experienced drivers which carry out our new service "ALE VIP Class".
In order to assure the highest standard of transport services in our company, we are in possession of a selected group of several high-class vehicles, whose services are destined for Customers who value both the comfort of their journeys and also the professionalism of the drivers. The vehicles carrying out this service are, among others, Mercedes, Audis and BMWs.
NOTICE!
ALE VIP Orders need to be made at least 30 minutes in advance
ALE VIP Class price list
1) If you order your regular taxi by phone (81 511 11 11) and your order gets sent to ALE VIP Class, then you are bound the regular price list of ALE TAXI.
2) If you decide on the ALE VIP CLASS purposefully and you define this during placing your order, you will be bound by the ALE VIP CLASS price list, which follows:
- 1.80 PLN/km (1st and 2nd tariff)
- 60 PLN/1h of waiting
- 50 PLN booking fee
- 1 PLN one-off fee (if the customer wishes to travel with an un-labelled car)
- 90 PLN/h within the administrative borders of Lublin with the limit of 30 km in an hour
- 110 PLN/h outside of the administrative borders of Lublin with the limit of 40km in an hour
3) Wedding: 270 PLN/3 hours
Every additional hour - 60 PLN
Capacity: passenger cars: 4 persons + the driver
Van type cars: 8 persons + the driver (Mercedes Vito)
Colours of the cars: black or silver
Payments
Following the development of modern payment methods, ALE TAXI is the only taxi company in Lublin which has equipped all of its drivers with card-payment terminals. The terminals service all payment forms available at present on the market (including PayPass proximity cards, MyWallet and also the payments made by NFC, ALE CARD fleet Customer Cards and electronic vouchers).
If the customer wishes so, our drivers will issue a simplified bill/VAT invoice (depending on the form of the drivers’ taxation). This service is a standard within our company and we do not charge additional fees. There is also the possibility of paying for the transport using an e-transfer.
