Radio-Taxi Switchboard Dispatcher

Job description:

• phone service of radio-taxi customers
• phone service of taxi orders
• updating the information in the computer system
• office work in the Switchboard’s office

Requirements:

• good pronunciation and a nice voice
• good knowledge of Lublin’s topography
• high level of personal culture
• optimism and friendliness
• minimum A-level education
• good command of English
• command of German and Russian is advantageous
• experience in a similar position (min. 1 year) is advantageous

Licensed taxi driver

Requirements:

• up to date licence
• well-kept and neat own car, not more than 10 years old
• at least 6 months work experience
• passed internal test on Lublin’s topography
• driver’s license since at least 2 years
• communicative and well-mannered
• command of foreign languages would be advantageous
• the will and motivation to work within a disciplined team
